1 tbs. Chopped onion
1 lb Chicken breast
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbs. Chopped parsley
1 tbs. Chopped fresh dill
1 cup of frozen vegetables
1tbs. Ghee or coconut oil
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp. Ground black pepper
2 tsp. Ground turmeric
8-10 cups of water
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp. Moringa powder
In a pressure cooker, combine the bones, onion, oil, parsley, frozen garlic, parsley, frozen vegetables, ghee or oil, pepper, & turmeric. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the meat changes color slightly.
Add the water & broth and close the lid. Cook under pressure for 8 to 10 minutes (or combine all ingredients in a pot, boil then simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
Open the lid slowly to add your noodles. Simmer for 3-5 minutes or until desired tenderness & the meats falling off the bone.

1 Lemon wedge
Add the turmeric and pepper to the boiling water and stir well, add the teabag and honey. Steep for 5 minutes, then add a lemon wedge. Enjoy this tea during the day as it can give you energy depending on the amount of inflammation in your body.
